Click the arrows next to the current date to navigate to a different date. You can switch between different schedule views—for example, a full month or a single day—by selecting the corresponding tab. Click the “Available” tab to see open time slots
Create new meetings by clicking on an empty spot in the schedule. Click existing meetings to edit them. The table below shows who can create or edit meetings. The administrator determines which information needs to be entered and who can make changes to the schedule. When a window is in the way you can simply move it by dragging its title bar.
| Who can create a login name: | Only users specified in advance by the administrator or a superuser can log in. |
| Who can see the schedule: | Anyone who knows the web address can see it |
| Who can add meetings: | Users have to log in to add something |
| Who can change meetings: | Anyone who can add something, can change their own meetings |
